  • How can I book an accommodation?

You can make a reservation request for any of the properties we offer thought this website. Once we have received it and validated, you will receive an approval in order you are able to make the payment. Once paid, you receive a booking confirmation.

  • When should I make the payment? Is it safe?

Once we have received and validated a reservation request, you will receive an approval in order you are able to make the payment. The payment should be done by credit card, by a secure bank gateway.

  • Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Yes, you can request a modification for your reservation (number of people, dates, etc) or cancel a reservation according the cancellation policy of the chose accommodation.

  • What's the cancellation policy?

You can view the cancellation policy on each advert of this website. Our hosts can select one of these cancellation policies.

  • What does the reservation price include? Are cleaning, sheets, towels and taxes included?

All the listings of this website provide bed linens, bath towels and tourism taxes included on the price. Some listings charges a final cleaning fee.

  • What's the check-in and check-out time?

The check-in time is from 16 pm onwards and check-out time is before 10 am. Anyway, an early check-in or a late check-out could be arranged by request (upon availability).

  • How is the check-in process?

You will receive an email from a member of our team to fill in the check-in forms (all the guests over 16 years old, mandatory by law) and the block of the refundable damage deposit (if required on the chose accommodation). Then, you will receive the instructions to get the keys (normally, from a lockbox).

  • Do I have to pay a damage deposit?

Our service fee covers an insurance for accidental damages. Anyway, 300€ refundable damage deposit are requested before the checkin for non accidental damages.
